EXHIBITS TO BE DELIVERED AS FOLLOWS:
- ART & CRAFT EXHIBITS
- 2.00pm TO 4.00pm FRIDAY OCTOBER 7.
- PHOTOGRAPHY - Entries
to the Show Office at above times or Friday October 7- 3pm to 5pm at
the Showgrounds.
- PERISHABLE EXHIBITS (COOKERY & FLOWERS) - 6.00am to 9.00am SATURDAY OCTOBER 8.
- ART & CRAFT EXHIBITS
- 2.00pm TO 4.00pm FRIDAY OCTOBER 7.
- PAVILION JUDGING
WILL TAKE PLACE 9.30am
SATURDAY OCTOBER 8.
- PAVILION OPEN FOR
VIEWING 12.30pm to 4.30pm
SATURDAY OCTOBER 89.
- COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS FROM 4.30pm SATURDAY OCTOBER 8 under strict supervision of stewards.

GATE CLOSED
THE MAIN ENTRANCE (TOP GATE) WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLE TRAFFIC ON
SATURDAY OCTOBER 8 BETWEEN 10.00am & 5.00pm. NO TRAFFIC WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH THIS GATE DURING THESE TIMES. THE 'BOTTOM' GATE WILL BE OPEN DURING THESE HOURS. -
PUBLIC ADMITTANCE
- Friday
October 7 : Adult
$5, Pre-School & School Children Free.
- Saturday
October 8 : Adults
$10, School Children $3, Pre-School Children Free, Non-Ticket
Holders Cars $2.
- Entrance Ticket : $25 entitles entrance of 2 adults and all student children, accompanied by parents, also car, for all Show sessions.

HORSE RIDING COMPETITORS FEES:
- $10 per Vehicle
(Car, Truck etc but must have horse/s on board)
- $25 Camping Ticket
(Entrance Ticket)
- Stall Charge $3
Per Night or $15
for the week
- Stallion boxes
$5 per night or $25 for the week
- Fees will be collected Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
- $10 per Vehicle
(Car, Truck etc but must have horse/s on board)
