• NOTE IMPORTANT CHANGES TO PAVILION OPENING & JUDGING TIMES

  • PAVILION OPEN FOR EXHIBITS TO BE DELIVERED:
    • NON-PERISHABLE EXHIBITS - 2.00pm TO 4.00pm FRIDAY OCTOBER 9.
      
    • PERISHABLE EXHIBITS (COOKERY) - 6.00am to 9.00am SATURDAY OCTOBER 10.
  • PAVILION JUDGING WILL TAKE PLACE 10.00am to 12 noon SATURDAY OCTOBER 10.
    
  • PAVILION OPEN FOR VIEWING 12.30pm to 4.00pm SATURDAY OCTOBER 10.

• GATE CLOSED
  THE MAIN ENTRANCE (TOP GATE) WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLE TRAFFIC ON
  SATURDAY OCTOBER 10 BETWEEN 10.00am to 4.00pm. THE BOTTOM GATE WILL BE OPEN DURING THESE HOURS.

• HORSE RIDING COMPETITORS FEES:

  • $10 per Vehicle (Car, Truck etc but must have horse/s on board)
    
  • $25 Camping Ticket (Entrance Ticket)
    
  • Stall Charge $2 Per Night or $10 for the week
    
  • Fees will be collected Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
